Every month, around the middle, accounting firms face the same ritual: hundreds of F24 tax payment forms to be delivered to clients, one email at a time, with figures retyped by hand and no way of knowing who has actually read them. It is work that requires no tax expertise — only time, memory and persistence.
The solution
Auto-F24 was created within the FUTURA division to remove it. The PDFs produced by the firm’s management software are uploaded to the platform: artificial intelligence reads taxes, amounts and deadlines, generates a personalised email for each client with the document attached, and records their read confirmation. From that same email, the client can flag the taxes they do not intend to pay and choose the bank account to pay from.
The result
A workflow measured in minutes rather than days, and a fully traceable history of every communication: who received it, who read it, who replied. The firm stops chasing clients by phone and regains control of its deadlines.
