The problem: a monthly ritual that leaves no room for error

Every month, as tax deadlines approach, an accounting firm must deliver each client their own F24 form. In most firms the process is still entirely manual: open the form, read the amounts, write the email, attach the PDF, move on to the next client. For a firm with around a hundred clients this means days of repetitive work, with two concrete risks: transcription errors and no way of knowing who actually read the message. When a client fails to pay and claims they never received anything, the firm has no way to prove otherwise.

The solution: from PDF to email, with proof of reading

Auto-F24 addresses precisely this step, through four stages:

1. Upload. The PDFs produced by the firm’s management software — B.Point, TeamSystem, Zucchetti or any other — are dragged onto the platform, all at once if needed.
2. Automated reading. Artificial intelligence extracts taxes, amounts and deadlines from every document, including scanned ones, and matches each form to the corresponding client record.
3. Personalised delivery. Each client receives their own email, sent in the firm’s name, with the document attached and a summary of what to pay and when. The operator stays in control: nothing goes out without confirmation.
4. Read confirmation. The client confirms they have read the message and, from there, can flag the taxes they do not intend to pay and choose the bank account to pay from. The firm sees everything in real time.
