Our Pre-Series Center is able to set up fully functional prototypes in every detail and to support the customer in the initial production.

The Pre-Series Center Department uses the best available technologies:

  • 5 Upholstery Cutting Stations
  • 8 Durkopp Adler Sewing Machines

  • 3 special Ciucani sewing machines

  • 4 Assembly Stations

  • 2 Skiving Machines, 1 Edge Banding Machine, 1 Boring Machine

  • 1 Wood Processing Department

  • 1 Polyurethane Processing Department

  • Composite Materials Processing Department

  • Special equipment for final assembly that can guarantee the production of more than 100 working prototype sofas per week
