The Prototype development activities are supported by verification and validation methods based on virtual simulations with a high level of accuracy and confirmed by the real construction of the first product.

During the development phases, physical product checks are essential to verify all construction and comfort aspects. During this phase, the behavior of the leather and fabric upholstery is also checked.

Once the development phase has been completed, we are able to define the standard cost of the product, a fundamental aspect that allows the customer to carry out all the a priori economic evaluations.

The RDD Italia Prototype Center makes master models with ultra-high levels of precision for the validation of all design, engineering, ergonomics and comfort parameters.

The testing activities performed on these objects enable us to validate the engineering calculations and optimize the engineering data before the final release of the production tools.
